John Kinghorn Scholarship in Engineering London

The John Kinghorn Scholarship in Engineering is available at the University of Sussex United Kingdom. Prospective scholars can now apply for any Masters degree taught in the School of Engineering, University of Sussex. There are e two scholarships available. In order to promote participation in any STEM subjects. One of the scholarships shall be for any female scholar

Masters programs in University of Sussex are in Modules in each term. A module consists of a mix of lecture, seminars or lab sessions,. There shall also be a timetable with the modules for each week of the courses.  Teaching methods includes lectures with a group of students,seminars:  to discuss ideas and a topic in depth with a small group of students.Tutorials:  where you can ask questions and discuss assignments, laboratoryand practical workshops to test concepts and work where you willwork with other students on a project.independent study which allowsyou explore topics on your own finding problems, their causes and solutions.

The Scholarship Value

Each scholarship grant shall be  £10,000 however The scholarships will be awarded as tuition fee reductions . anyremainder  shall be paid as maintenance.

The John Kinghorn Engineering Scholarships shall be available for pursuing any eligible Master’s degree program offered at the Institution. These includes the following

  • Engineering Business Management MSc
  • Robotics and Autonomous Systems (with an industrial placement year) MSc
  • Digital Signal and Image Processing MSc
  • 5G Mobile Communications and Intelligent Embedded Systems (with an industrial placement year) MSc
  • Advanced Mechanical Engineering MSc
  • Robotics and Autonomous Systems MSc
  • Robotics and Autonomous Systems (with a Masters industrial placement) MSc
  • 5G Mobile Communications and Intelligent Embedded Systems MSc

Eligibility Criteria for the Scholarship

To be eligible to apply for the John Kinghorn Engineering Scholarships, prospective applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must not be a holder of any other Sussex scholarship e.g. the Chancellor’s International Scholarship.
  • Applicants must be applying for any of the eligible courses stated above

In other to participate successfully in the Bedford Society scholarship program, applicants should follow the procedures Stated below
